Evaluation Pricing

Because every child’s needs are unique, evaluation pricing is customized based on the specific type of testing required. We will discuss the estimated cost of your child's evaluation in detail during your initial phone consultation.

Insurance & Superbills

We do not accept insurance directly at this time. However, we can provide you with a Superbill upon request.

• What is a Superbill? A Superbill is a detailed document containing standard clinical and diagnostic codes that you can submit directly to your insurance provider to request out-of-network reimbursement.

• We recommend contacting your insurance provider prior to your first appointment to verify your out-of-network benefits for psychological testing.

Accepted Methods of Payment

• Credit Cards: We accept Visa and Mastercard. GPR Psychological Services requires a credit card to be kept securely on file. Cards will be billed in accordance with the client agreement signed prior to beginning services.

• Cash Discount: We offer a discount for clients who choose to pay for services in cash. Please ask about this option during your consultation for more details.
